Lou Fisher joined the Legal Division as Deputy Director in September 2021. Before coming to the court, Lou was a partner at Jones Day. He also has served as a law clerk to the Hon. José A. Cabranes at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and the Hon. Douglas P. Woodlock at the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts. Lou graduated, summa cum laude, from Yale University in 1993, and he received his law degree from Yale Law School in 1997.
